PAYMENT: We will invoice you for payment to be made before your first practice.

RENEWAL: A new invoice will be sent 7 days before a new 4 week cycle begins, payment is due 2 days before the first practice of a new 4 week cycle.

If you wish to make changes to your practice package, notify us.

If you choose to discontinue, simply decline payment and we will remove your child from the group and open up the spot to the waitlist.

CANCELLATION/MAKEUP POLICY

You must cancel before 9 am the day of the session by text/email to be eligible for an available makeup session. 

We understand that sometimes unexpected illnesses happen and thus, if you rarely cancel outside of the designated time frame (later than 9am the day of the session) due to sickness, we will make an exception at our discretion; however, we cannot make any guarantees as we need to reduce last minute cancellations because it impacts the number coaches working as well as the splitting of teams which ultimately affects all the players who do show up.

If we cancel you can come a day that you are not already attending if their is availability, or on our Saturday morning makeup sessions.

COVID POLICY

Tennis is considered one of the safer sports to participate in as it is primarily played outside.

We limit the amount of kids on court and aim to keep kids separated. Your child must have some personal responsibility for their own safety preferences.

Coaches/Students may wear masks at their discretion
